FULL Elf cream eyeliner review

Hey guys! So I have a new makeup review blog and I thought I would put a LONG version of this review, I also posted one of these on my Makeup Review blog, so check that out!!

PRO:
~SO EASY to put on!
~Love the color!
~AMAZING PRICE!! Only $3!!
~No-smudge eyeliner!
CONS:
~Since it's no-smudge, when you mess up, you have to have facial cleanser unless it will not wash off.

There's not very much cons to this, and thats why I love this eyeliner so much! You should try it sometime, it's awesome eyeliner!
