Jessica Alba makes a "bad choice" for the Golden Globes after party?

Jessica Alba looks amazing in both of these dresses, but many believe that that she made a bad choice for the Golden Globes after-party (the checkered dress to the right). Which one do you like best? I like the strapless coral dress to the left.
